Highlights: My Work in Esports

ABOUT MEI am Valentina, also known online as TinaEsTiny. Currently, I am a full-time Broadcasting Television & Film student at Fanshawe College. Since September 2022, I have been actively engaged in the professional esports industry in various roles such as TO'ing, Production (OBS), Graphic design, social media management and as a photographer.I have worked a wide range of events from influencer, to pro-player events for numerous clients such as Activision, Riot Games, Blizzard and Epic Games for games titles including; Call of Duty, Fortnite and VALORANT, among others.VALORANT ignited my love for esports and the competitive scene. I have worked a variety of titles but the one that has truly caught my eyes is Riot's VALORANT GC scene. My greater objective in esports is to raise the voices and names of women and marginalized gendered players. I started the first GC team at Western in 2023 and continue to manage the team in present day, but there is no greater joy to me than watching these players find a community that accepts and respects them.Looking ahead, I aspire to merge my passions for photography, live broadcasting, admin work and gaming into a cohesive career. My dream is to create immersive experiences that remind people what they loved about gaming in the first place.
